Bobcat 763 Troubleshooting
The
Bobcat 763 skid steer loader is powered by 134 cu.in (2.2L) Kubota V2203-EB
4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 46 hp (34 kW) at
2800 rpm. The Bobcat 763 is equipped with a radial-lift loader boom, 1-speed
hydrostatic transmission, 80HS drive chains, and 10.00x16.5 standard tires. The
hydraulic system has a pump with fluid flow rate of 15.6 gpm (59 lpm) or 25.8
gpm (97.8 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 3000 psi (207 bar). The skid steer
loader has a rated operating capacity of 1500 lbs (680 kg) and tipping load of
3000 lbs (1360 kg). The lift height is 114.5" (2910 mm) to hinge pin, and dump
height is 86.4" (2195 mm).

Engine hard to start or will not start
Air trapped in fuel system - Bleed air.

Engine stalls while idle

Engine power is too low

Engine noise or knocking
