Bobcat 773 G-Series Problems
The Bobcat 773 G-Series skid steer loader driveline system components: a 122 cu.in (2.0L) Kubota V2003T-EB 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine with a rated power of 56 hp (41.5 kW), and 1-speed hydro transmission. The hydraulic system has a pump with a rated capacity of 16.7 gal/min (63 l/min) or 27 gal/min (102 l/min). The system pressure is 3000 psi (207 bar). The Bobcat 773G is equipped with a vertical-lift boom, 80HS drive chains, and 10x16.5 standard tires. The skid steer has a max lift height of 118.2" (3000 mm) to hinge pin and dump height of 91" (2310 mm). The rated operating capacity is 1850 lbs (840 kg), and tipping load is 3900 lbs (1770 kg).

Engine starts hard or doesn't start

Battery is worn - Battery replacement required.
Belt is damaged or loose - Change belt or adjust belt tension.
Starter turns slowly
Battery capacity is low - Low battery charging, charge as required.
Battery won’t hold charge - Service battery or change it.
Bad battery terminals or disconnected wiring - Check wiring connections and replace or clean terminals.
Starter motor is not working
Battery is drained or defective - Recharge or replace battery.
Battery wiring is disconnected or improperly connected - Inspect wiring and connect as required.
Battery power is low - Recharge the battery.
Faulty starter motor - Starter should be changed.
