ASV RT-50 Maintenance
The
ASV RT50 compact track loader driveline system components: a 135 cu.in (2.2L)
Perkins 404D-22 4-cycle 4-cylinder indirect injection liquid cooled diesel
engine with a rated power of 50 hp (37.3 kW) and single-speed hydro
transmission. The hydraulic system has a pump with a rated flow of 16.3 gpm
(61.7 lpm). The system pressure is 3000 psi (207 bar). The ASV RT-50 is equipped
with a radial-lift boom, 15" (380 mm) rubber tracks with embedded co-polymer
cords, and elevated track drive sprockets. The loader has a maximum lift height
of 115.5" (2920 mm) to hinge pin. The rated operating capacity is 1600 lbs (725
kg), and tipping load is 4570 lbs (2070 kg).
