Case W4 Troubleshooting
The Case W4 wheel loader is powered by 127 cu.in (2.1L) Mitsubishi 4DQ50 4-cylinder naturally aspirated water-cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 37 hp (27.6 kW) at 3000 rpm. The Case W4 is equipped with a two-speed hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic power steering, mechanical disc brakes, and 12.5Lx15 standard tires. The open center hydraulic system has a pump with fluid flow rate of 15 gpm (57 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 2650 psi (180 bar). The wheel loader has a rated operating capacity of 1715 lbs (780 kg) and tipping load of 3430 lbs (1555 kg). The maximum lift height is 112" (2840 mm) to hinge pin, and bucket breakout force is 5250 lbs (2380 kg).
